Hand washing/sanitizing is required upon entry & re-entry of the tatoo shop.

You must wear a face mask before entering. If you do not have one, please do not enter our shop.

Hawaii-Residents are required to show proof of residency & has not traveled in the past 14 days. Non-residents are required to show itinerary.

Temperature checks is mandatory and will be taken upon entering the tattoo shop. If you have a cough or runny nose your appointment will be rescheduled.

No additional guests will be allowed to accompany the person getting tattooed. No exceptions.

You must be disclose if you had any flu like symptoms, have tested positive for Covid-19 or have been exposed to someone who has Covid-19 in the past 14 days.
