Happy New Year!!
This will be the 4th annual Tattoo Artshow held at the Honolulu Museum of Arts School and we would like to invite you all to come by and join us at the opening reception on February 3 at 5:30 p.m to 8:00 p.m. The artwork will be on display from February 3, 2017 to February 19, 2017. Our beautiful Hawaii is known as a great melting pot of many diversities, rich cultures and unique art. “Aloha Suits: Hawaii Made” is to commemorate the “Old Hawaii” by bringing back the colorful art of Hawaii from the late 50’s to 70’s. This art show is to remind us of our good old days of local icons, heros, celebrities, the "Coconut Postcards" or Hawaiian vintage art, flyers, posters and prints of a local Hawaiian girl surfing, the sugarcane plantations, South Seas or Pan American Airline etc. "Aloha Suits: Hawaii Made Artshow" will give our artists an opportunity to paint their stories on a canvas sharing with us their view on our good old Hawaiian days. So please if you are not doing anything, please come by and celebrate with us. We will have light refreshments, drinks, a great time, good vides and awesome company. You may also dress up looking like you were in the 50's, 60's and 70's. Thank you Hawai'i!! If you have no plans for this coming Saturday, please come by and support "Ewa Weed & Seed". Soul Signature Ohana will be volunteering there and drawing on our little keikis. So please bring your children by and check out the event. We apologize for any inconvenience but our shop will be closed this Saturday. We will reopen on Monday 7/22/2016 at 12:00 p.m. Mahalo!!

Please join us celebrate the opening ceremony of BLOOD AND INK ARTSHOW which will be held on February 7. 2015 at 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We are proud to announce the artshow will be featuring both local and national professional tattoo artists. The artworks will be displayed on the 2nd floor from February 7, 2015 until February 28, 2015 which you can stop Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 a.m to 9:00 p.m.
"Blood & Ink symbolizes the jounrey of how an artist bonds with their clients developing a form of exchange with each other. Once the blood is drawn, the ink is exchanged and by doing so, each tattoo we give has a soul. The blood is very sacred and the ink is magical that we believe it inspires each person that receives a tattoo. As artists, every tattoo we give birth to becomes an inspiration to our clients just as much as they inspire us." Please come support your tattoo artists and celebrate with them the beautiful artworks they will be displaying. We would like to thank everyone that made it out last Saturday for the Open Book Artshow. It was a great turn out and we are always thankful for all of your love and support for your family here at Soul Signature. Photo credit: Grant (Thank you very much!!) Tahiti welcomed us with great love and hospitality. Maruru to all of you for taking care of us and making us a part of your family. Polynesia Tattoo Convention was an adventurous tattoo convention where we got to meet great people and experience a rich culture where the people still live the Polynesian way of life. We connected ties with our brothers and sisters throughout the Polynesian Islands, sharing cultures and teachings so that the legacies of what we are working hard for today can live on and taught to the younger generations. Maruru!!!
